They oversee a talented team of likeminded professionals who dedicate their efforts towards finding practical and innovative solutions for our diverse and global array of clients. They foster a teamwork-oriented, collaborative environment where ideas at any level are encouraged and shared, and individual development needs are supported.
Johnny Forse
Director, Design, Risk and Operations
Johnny commenced his career in the Army as a Royal Engineer. He has since accumulated more than twenty-five years of experience working in the design, ICT and security environment. He has an in-depth knowledge of design frameworks, such as NPSA and Secure by Design, as well as the European and British standards. His ability to communicate technical data to nontechnical stakeholders enables him to produce and present complex digital strategies and design-related information at any level. He has strong leadership skills and an appetite for continual development.
Johnny’s highly-developed technical understanding across all physical security, IT and AV disciplines enables him to specialise in multi-dimensional system integration. His experience in security is augmented by his knowledge gained from working within an ICT, structured cabling and electrical systems environment. Johnny is a Member of the Security Institute as well as the International Security Management Institute.
Narinder Dio
Chief Commercial Officer
Narinder graduated with a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering in 1986 and has since worked in the security industry across a broad range of roles. In 1998, he cofounded the Pearl Security Group Ltd. After rapid growth and the development of a fantastic track record for delivering major integrated solutions, the business was acquired by Novar Plc, a FTSE 350 organisation.
Since founding CornerStone in 2007, Narinder has focused his efforts on the expansion of new client relationships and the delivery of successful project outcomes. For three and a half years, Narinder led the CornerStone team supporting a number of major security projects for London 2012 and, more recently, he took executive responsibility for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games project delivery.
Narinder is active in the wider security industry, including being a member of the Security Institute, and is a Member of the Worshipful Company of Security Professionals.
Alan Evans
Director, Delivery and Construction
Alan is a highly experienced digital building systems and project management specialist. He has a background in high security, working across many central government departments and providing technical guidance and support.
Alan is responsible for the delivery of CornerStone’s project output through his team of dedicated Consultants and Project Managers. Alan’s knowledge of digital building strategies is underpinned by his practical understanding of team management to ensure the targeted delivery of projects and programmes incorporating multiple disciplines. He often maintains working relationships with key project stakeholders, travelling extensively to support their needs. Alan’s highly focused nature has helped him develop a high-performing team, delivering to tight deadlines and targets whilst under pressure, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Alan is a Member of the Security Institute as well as the International Security Management Institute
Chris Simmonds
Chief People Officer
Chris brings extensive senior management experience. His role includes managing the company culture and talent strategy as well as the processes related to building and retaining an exceptional team. He leads the HR function in creating an inviting and cohesive employee experience.
His strategic and operational know-how enables him to work across the business, often taking on the role of trouble-shooter and acting as the catalyst for improvement initiatives across the organisation. He has been at the forefront of the development of the CornerStone Training Academy, our in-house training facility, and oversees recruitment and staff development.
Jon Roadnight
Chief Executive Officer
Jon has operated within the Security & Technology arena for over 30 years. In 1998, he co-founded and led the Pearl Security Group Ltd. After rapid growth and the development of a fantastic track record for delivering major integrated solutions, Jon guided the business through a trade sale process as it was acquired by Novar Plc, a FTSE 350 multi-national.
In 2007, he became an Executive Director of CornerStone. He has focused his efforts on the development of the company’s business strategy and the support of a range of key clients. He regularly contributes ‘thought leadership’ articles to a range of industry publications and has been instrumental in devising CornerStone’s unique, Holistic approach, as well as their trademarked ‘Unified Security Risk Management®’ methodology. He is a Registered Chartered Security Professional, a Member of the Security Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership.
Marc Lucking
Chief Technical Officer
Marc is a highly skilled security and ICT professional with over 25 years of security, technology engineering and risk-management experience. Prior to joining CornerStone in 2011, he worked for the Office for Security and Counter-Terrorism (OSCT), which is an executive directorate of the Home Office, responsible for leading the work on counterterrorism in the UK. There he collaborated closely with the Police and other security services, advising on a range of matters.
He's a strategic thinker and is able to deliver at both a tactical and operational level. He has been instrumental in the introduction of a range of highly developed and resilient business systems within CornerStone and oversees our adherence to a range of regulatory and business compliance standards.
His practical knowledge is complemented by his understanding of digital building systems, high-level security and crisis management strategy, and he still gets involved in advising clients, where his expertise is put to good use.
Marc is an Ordinary Member of the Register of Security Engineers and Specialists, and a Member of the Security Institute, as well as the International Security Management Institute.
Thomas Henderson
Chief Finance Officer
Thomas has over 10 years of experience in financial management and leadership roles. He has a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, and has a deep understanding of the financial and operational levers that drive business success. He began his career in the construction industry as Financial Controller and quickly moved up the ranks to Finance Director. In 2019, he joined CornerStone and was promoted to Chief Finance Officer in 2022.
In addition to his financial expertise, Thomas is also a strong leader and team player. He is able to build and lead high-performing teams, and is able to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential. He is also an effective communicator and able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Thomas is dedicated to driving the financial success of the company.
Jas Murva
Director of Sales
With over 25 years of experience, Jas is a highly proficient and knowledgeable professional in the security industry. He possesses a wealth of expertise in various areas, including Business Development, Partnership Management, and Marketing within the technology sector. As a highly experienced leader in business strategy, Jas has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout his career.
At CornerStone, Jas holds a pivotal position as the head of the Sales and Marketing team. His exceptional leadership skills enable him to build and motivate a highly driven sales force. Moreover, his effective communication abilities and collaborative nature make him a valuable asset as a board member. With his extensive background and diverse skill set, Jas is well-prepared to drive success and foster growth within our organisation. It is worth noting that Jas holds a degree in Business Studies, further enhancing his qualifications and expertise in the field.
