A major manufacturer of military equipment was concerned about its employees' lack of security awareness when within its perimeter fence. Security managers within the company believed that internal threats actors likely had more access to sensitive areas than was desirable. Security managers needed to measure the effectiveness of their policies and procedures and gain an independent view of employees' overall security awareness on-site. Through a series of workshops, CornerStone found that the client had no comprehensive security testing programme at any of its locations. A great deal of general information and anecdotal evidence was available but the effectiveness of the current security measures was not being methodically tested on a cyclical basis.
