Case Study
Global mining giant HQ risks - Protecting the client’s assets proportionately
A global mining company wanted to relocate their regional HQ to central London and needed to understand how this would affect their risk profile, including the risk associated with part of the building being let to third party tenants. The risk profile could then be used both to set an operational security strategy and to design the new building’s security measures to protect the client’s and tenants' assets proportionately. CornerStone was initially employed to deliver a Risk, Threat and Vulnerability assessment which was then used to inform the subsequent delivery process. Client operational requirements and detailed security designs were produced for tendering purposes to ensure competitive pricing.
